### About the role

We’re building at the intersection of AI and consumer technology, and we’re looking for an
Associate Product Manager who wants to build, ship and drive measurable outcomes, not just manage
roadmaps.

It’s a high-ownership role spanning AI, product, design and analytics. You’ll work directly with
the founders and own problems end to end, from spotting user needs to shipping features and
measuring their impact.

### What you’ll do

- **Product:** Find user problems, define solutions, prioritise features and drive them from idea
  to launch.
- **AI:** Build AI-powered workflows, experiment with prompts and models, and improve output quality.
- **Design:** Create user flows, prototypes and intuitive product experiences.
- **Analytics & growth:** Analyse funnels, track metrics and run experiments to lift engagement and
  retention.
- **Execution:** Work with the founders and engineering, gather feedback, ship quickly and iterate
  on data.

### What we’re looking for

- Prior experience in product, growth, analytics or a related role
- Strong product instincts and a bias towards action
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and a working understanding of LLMs
- Comfort with design, data analysis and experimentation
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, take initiative and work independently
- Strong execution and a willingness to take ownership beyond your role
